Hi -- We just wanted you all to know what a wonderful addition the doggie wheelchair has been to our lives. With it, our 14-year old Samoyed (Sparkle of the Arctic Mist, aka 'Spark'), who had lost considerable mobility because of the arthritis in her hind quarters, has regained much of her previous independence. In fact, it's given her a new lease on life!! She looks forward to walks morning and evening, and it's even beginning to help her re-build strength in her back legs and hips.
Not only is the cart great, but your service was so very prompt and helpful. We could hardly believe how quickly the cart arrived, and how easy it was to put it together and begin using it. In addition, it only took Spark a few days to get the feel of it and now, after just a few weeks, she has grown quite adept at knowing exactly where to walk to keep it from running into anything. We have a video clip that we took on one of our evening walks that shows your product at work, but our email service keeps rejecting the file as too large. If I can find a way to compress the file, I'll try again to send it. Until then, we want you to know that now that Spark has the cart, we can hardly keep up!!
Thanks again for having a great product and for being so helpful. We tell anyone who inquires that Doggon' Wheels is a great choice!!
