Shipment Times
Regular Wheelchairs are shipped 3 business days from receipt of a complete order. Quad Wheelchairs and Front-End Extensions are shipped within 2 weeks from receipt of a complete order. All Other Products, Saddle Support Slings, Booties, Diapers, etc., (ordered separately) are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of a complete order. If they ordered at the same time as a wheelchair, they will ship with the wheelchair.
An order is complete upon receipt of approved measurements and payment.

Business Days are Monday-Friday excluding any holidays.

At Doggon' Wheels we feel that each pet is equally important therefore we ship each order in the order in which it was received. If you wish to receive your order sooner we offer various shipping options including UPS Next Day Air or Express Mail through the Post Office, which will shorten the delivery time but will not affect the shipping date.
